There Is Only One Sinnacle —
It would of been interesting to see what the reaction would of been if Portsmouth managed to walk away with a point against Manchester United. Technically Vidic’s shirt pull was a foul and the linesman was correct to give it. The flip side would be referees would be giving penalties on every long ball into the box. You can also look at it as if the referees called it to the letter of the law every once in awhile defenders wouldn’t be so quick to grab the jersey all the time.
Nice hat trick by Wayne Rooney who quickly erased any ideas Portsmouth had of grabbing a point with his early second half goal. I’m still waiting for such a game ...
Bullard mocks Phil Brown
1000 Goals - Football highlights, wallpapers, news & fun. —
Bullard celebrated by sitting his teammates down for a talking to in a parody of manager Phil Brown’s infamous on-pitch halftime lecture in front of the traveling fans at Eastlands last season. Brown :”It was a fantastic celebration.Great comedy is about timing. You could not have had a celebration like that, after a goal, unless it was at Eastlands and was in the goal in front of the Hull fans. The whole thing was timed to perfection. I had no idea it was going to happen. I was trying to arrange a five-man midfield at the time so I didn’t see it.But my analysis guy showed me it on the laptop when we got into the changing room. “I couldn’t deliver my address because I was ...

Just Because… By: Ed | November 29th, 2009 Jimmy Bullard’s celebration on the weekend was a stroke of genius, no question about it. I figured it was as good a time as any to run the video of Robbie Fowler’s famous celebration at Anfield in front of the Everton faithful, mostly because it happened in a derby, but also because it took boulder-sized stones ( and a deep pocketbook ). God, by the way, is doing famously in North Queensland, leading the team with 9 goals (second in the league), despite having to wear jerseys that are straight out of a jello mold . God is a verb. ...

Arsenal had high hopes of scoring a much-needed win against Chelsea on Sunday, at least before Didier Drogba got to work.
The Ivorian striker scored a pair of truly stunning goals to help Chelsea record a 3-0 victory over Arsenal in Sunday's London Derby. The victory helped increase Chelsea's led over Manchester United atop the EPL ...
Jimmy Bullard Goal Celebration Against City

Another top quality Jimmy Bullard moment here, after scoring the equaliser against Man City from the penalty spot, the Hull City players reconstructed the infamous Phil Brown half-time teamtalk from the season before, when City were thrashing Hull. It would be understandable, though, if he completely skipped over ...
The Greatest Goal Celebration Ever (Video)
CaughtOffside.com —
Jimmy Bullard, football’s answer to Norman Wisdom, etched his name on Hull City folklore with this hilarious celebration. On scoring against Man City he decided to orchestrate a celebratory homage to Phil Brown’s very public halfway dressing down of his team at half time after a shocking display at the City of Manchester Stadium last season.
